Malachi Hardy tipped for 'unbelievable' loan move after Tottenham scenes
That is the view of Spurs expert John Wenham, after reports emerged linking the young defender with the League One club.
Hardy joined the Lilywhites at the age of eight and has worked his way through the academy system at Hotspur Way.

However, despite starting three times, he is still likely to leave on loan this summer, given the depth that Roberto De Zerbi has at the back.
Jan Paul van Hecke, Marcos Senesi, Cristian Romero, Micky van de Ven, Kevin Danso are all options for the centre-back role, so Hardy will struggle for minutes.

Mail Sport's Simon Jones has claimed that the Foxes are hopeful of taking the 18-year-old on a temporary deal.
Speaking exclusively to Tottenham News, he said: "Malachi has done really well with pre-season, started all three games so far, so naturally will have impressed scouts, potentially looking at players.
"That would be an outstanding first loan, Leicester are in League One next season, if Malachi was going to go in there and be guaranteed of game time and minutes, then that would be an unbelievable first loan for him.
"He's got fantastic attributes, good leadership skills, first front-footed style defender, on the ball, aggressive, goes into players, that would be a really, really good move for him.
"I think once the friendly are over and the proper league games are commencing, then there's going to be a real lack of minutes in that position of centre-backs.
"Leicester are a huge club where they're going to have, effectively, a packed out stadium each and every week and a high-pressure environment to play in. That's something that can thrive with young players. We saw that with Mikey Moore last year at Rangers."

Russell Martin has taken over at the King Power Stadium after the club dropped down to the third tier.
He plays a possession-based system that requires defenders to play out from the back, so that should benefit the Spurs man.
The division that they are in will give him a proper test and a brilliant first experience of regular senior football.
