Burnley shot-stopper Martin Dubravka has emerged as Tottenham Hotspur's next top priority in the summer transfer market.

The Lilywhites are in the market for a new man between the sticks with continued uncertainty over Antonin Kinsky's role and Guglielmo Vicario's future.

Spurs have already got to work for Roberto De Zerbi this summer, and defence has been the area that has been immediately addressed.

Next up is the number one spot, as Dubravka looks unlikely to remain at Turf Moor following Burnley's relegation.

The former Newcastle United man had an impressive season for the Clarets, despite suffering relegation back down to the Championship.

Tottenham seem confident in Dubravka's abilities and will look to sign him as soon as possible.

Martin Dubravka's price emerges amid Tottenham transfer update

According to Paul O'Keefe, this Monday, Dubravka is a leading contender for Tottenham, who are looking to sign a back-up goalkeeper this summer.

The Slovakian is rated by transfermarkt at a low price tag of £430,000, but he may have more value than what meets the eye.

The 37-year-old made 35 appearances for Burnley last season, boasting an impressive save percentage of 64.1 per cent.

Dubravka made 127 saves in total, and considering the leaky defence in front of him, a goal prevention tally of minus 3.31 may not be all that bad.

Dubravka only made two errors that led to a goal, but was crucial to most of the points that Burnley picked up last season.

Though the report suggests that Tottenham only see the former Manchester United shot-stopper as someone who will play second fiddle to De Zerbi's number one in between the sticks.

Guglielmo Vicario 'unlikely to be happy' as most realistic Tottenham exit scenario emerges

What does this mean for Antonin Kisnky and Guglielmo Vicario?

Vicario still appears highly likely to leave Tottenham this summer, though if he stays, he would remain as the number one for De Zerbi.

There has been interest from his homeland of Italy, with Inter Milan keen on securing his signature this summer.

However, the news linking Spurs to Dubravka could be more significant for Kinsky, who is already seen as the back-up keeper.

If Tottenham use any potential fee from Vicario's departure to sign a replacement alongside Dubravka, Kinsky could become the third-choice goalkeeper.

It would then be highly likely to see the 23-year-old depart N17 after an underwhelming two seasons.
