Savinho and Tottenham Hotspur's transfer saga could finally be coming to an end.

The Lilywhites had looked to bring the Manchester City winger to N17 last summer, but a deal was not able to be hashed out.

However, now it seems a deal could be moving along nicely for Spurs, and the Brazilian could sign on the dotted line.

There is still plenty of work to be done to get a deal agreed, but it seems Savinho is keen on the switch.

The City star's social media activity has provided quite a hint about his mindset.

Now, it seems that a move is simply imminent for the South American forward.

How Savinho proved he is keen on Tottenham transfer

The arrival of Savinho to Tottenham Hotspur Stadium would be another excellent piece of business for the Lilywhites.

Already, Andy Robertson, Marcos Senesi and Jean Paul van Hecke have been confirmed as signings.

Roberto De Zerbi's rebuild is certainly heading in the right direction, and it would not be a shock if Savinho was next to be announced.

As James Maddison posted an image of the new Tottenham away kit on Instagram, the Brazilian winger reacted.

Savinho is clearly keeping tabs on his potential future teammates, and also approves of the new kit as he can be found in the likes of the post.

This interaction surely means a confirmed transfer is just around the corner, with Savinho blatantly not hiding his colours amid the reports.

Could Tottenham push for Champions League immediately?

It might sound outlandish, but based on the business completed already and the potential transfers such as Sandro Tonali and Mateus Fernandes, Spurs could achieve Champions League football.

While the North London outfit finished in 17th place last season, there is no reason they cannot make the jump back up the table and their ambition in the market has been clear.

Manchester United went from 15th to third in just one season, so anything is certainly possible.

With the arrival of Savinho, a front three of the Brazilian, Dominic Solanke, and Mohammed Kudus does sound quite exciting.

Then, pair that with the creativity of Maddison behind them, pulling the strings. Tottenham just need to ensure they all stay fit so De Zerbi can platform them effectively.
