Why Conor Gallagher is about to get Igor Tudor sacked by Tottenham
Conor Gallagher may well be the main reason that Igor Tudor is sacked by Tottenham Hotspur.
Tudor is under heavy pressure at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium after failing to win any of his four games in charge.
He is expected to take charge of the game with Liverpool on 15 March, but if he loses that it could be curtains for the Croatian boss.
Gallagher is supposed to be a key midfielder for the Lilywhites, but he has struggled to have the required impact, especially since Tudor took over as Tottenham manager.

Why is Gallagher to blame for Tudor’s struggles?
Gallagher has played in all four matches of Tudor’s reign, starting the first two against Arsenal and Fulham, before being benched for the Crystal Palace and Atletico Madrid clashes.
He has failed to notch a single goal or assist in that time per Sofascore, despite playing an average of 53 minutes across that spell.
The former Chelsea star has not recorded a single shot or a key pass in Tudor’s time in charge, which is horrendous for a player of his quality.

He has created no big chances for his teammates, and completed 81 per cent of his passes, not enough for a supposedly elite midfielder.
The 26-year-old has made just eight tackles, and won just 41.1 per cent of the duels that he has attempted.
Why Gallagher will get Tudor sacked
Gallagher was brought in for a significant fee of £35million, and his wages are understood to be around £200,000-per-week, but he has not justified those figures at all with his current form.
For that kind of money, he should be contributing a lot more than he has, and Tudor clearly thinks the same as he has dropped him for the last two matches.
He has still brought him on after 43 minutes and 46 minutes in those games, suggesting that he still thinks that he can do what is required.
However, the evidence suggests that is not the case, and if Tudor continues to persist with Gallagher, it will likely cost him his job, sooner rather than later.
He may well be sacked anyway if results do not improve rapidly, but the star midfielder’s struggles have certainly not helped his case.
