Sources speak out on US or Qatari takeover amid mammoth £4bn Tottenham news
Daniel Levy’s exit has sent shockwaves through Tottenham.
Levy was removed from his role as Tottenham chairman after spending 25 years with the club.
He was looking to find some investors before his dismissal and reports in the last few days have highlighted that the Lewis family may want to sell Tottenham.
Tottenham fans have wanted Levy and ENIC out for years, and with the former gone, new reports explain whether an ENIC exit is now on.
Tottenham valued at £4bn as Lewis family intend to stay
The Sun, via its back page on 6 September, reports that the Lewis family are fully committed to the long-term future of the club and will not be looking to sell Tottenham.
ENIC still view investment to be necessary, with US and Qatari parties interested, which includes Amanda Staveley’s Qatari-backed bid to invest in Tottenham.

Tottenham are now said to be valued at £4billion following the construction of their brand new stadium.

Whilst Levy has made Spurs into a side that can regularly challenge for the European places, fans have been calling for his head for many years.
The investment put into the club on signing players did not reflect the amount of success that Spurs should have enjoyed.
Levy only saw Tottenham win two trophies during his tenure, which was quite simply not good enough.
