Tottenham predicted XI vs Chelsea: Andy Robertson starts, new signing axed in four changes
Tottenham Hotspur will round out their pre-season tour of Australia and New Zealand against rivals Chelsea on Saturday.
Spurs started their trip Down Under with a 2-0 win over Auckland, then earned a penalty shoot-out victory over Sydney FC after a 1-1 draw.
Roberto De Zerbi has had to utilise a blend of youth and first-team players during the tour so far.
With several squad members having featured at the World Cup and others coming back from injury, the boss has not had his entire ensemble available.
The match against Chelsea represents another chance to get minutes in the belt, though.
Tottenham News has predicted four changes in total from the Sydney clash in a 4-2-3-1 formation.
Andrew Robertson could earn first Tottenham start
Martin Dubravka was handed the gloves against Sydney, making two saves in total, but De Zerbi may want to look at Antonin Kinsky against Chelsea.
Additionally, Andrew Robertson had his first outing off the bench, but could now come into the XI.
The Scotland international created two chances off the bench, and had a 100 per cent success rate (18 of 18) in a decent cameo.
At centre-back, Japan international Kota Takai could come in for Malachi Hardy, with Ben Davies - who finished with two possessions won against Sydney - may keep his spot.
At right-back, Archie Gray - who has started in central midfield twice - may switch positions. He had an 85.4 per cent pass success rate against Sydney, and made 15 passes into the final third.
De Zerbi may unleash Tonali from the start
Sandro Tonali came off the bench last time out, creating one chance, making 12 passes in the final third, and finishing with a pass success rate of 93.9 per cent.
The Italy international may now get a start against the Blues, with Conor Gallagher potentially retainin his place in the heart of midfield.
Further forward, Tottenham News wrote about how goalscorer Mathys Tel impressed in Tottenham's draw with Sydney.
Tel created four chances and had three shots in a lively outing, and could get another chance to showcase his talent on the left.
Lucas Bergvall may start in a central attacking midfield role, with Manor Solomon and Richarlison retaining their spots on the right and up front respectively.
