Tottenham Hotspur's wait for a first win continues after a 0-0 draw against Everton.

Heading into the game, Spurs had yet to score in a Premier League fixture this campaign, and the drought has now continued.

Roberto De Zerbi had looked to shake things up with Dominic Solanke making his first start of the season.

While Mathys Tel dropped out of the starting lineup against the Toffees.

Tottenham started brightly but were unable to make the most of their early pressure.

And would ultimately fail to get the breakthrough and earn all three points. Here are how the Spurs players fared.

Savio continues to excel in a Tottenham shirt

Early signs of Savio are proving him to be one of Tottenham's best signings of the summer.

The winger had been a long-term target and it is clear to see why.

The Brazilian winger was undoubtedly Tottenham's best player on the pitch, and his performance was extremely lively.

As per Sofascore, Savio complete four key passes throughout the match, and was always looking to take the opposition fullback on.

The South American attempted seven dribbles and completed four of those.

Overall, if Spurs were to create something bright, it was obvious that it would come from the the Brazilian.

Dominic Solanke fails to take chance in rare Tottenham start

De Zerbi opted to take a risk by starting Solanke for the first time in the Premier League this season.

However, it may be some time before the Englishman gets another chance for Spurs.

In truth, Tottenham may as well have played with 10 men on the pitch as Solanke was anonymouse.

As per Sofascore, Solanke failed to register a single shot on goal, took just 19 touches, and was unsuccessful in his only dribble attempted.

The Englishman was also involved in eight duels throughout the match, winning just one of those.

For a player fighting for his spot in De Zerbi's pecking order, his performance certainly did not seem like it.
