Another Premier League game, another opportunity for Tottenham Hotspur to get a tick in the win column passed up.

It was a frustrating outing for Roberto De Zerbi's side at Manchester United on Saturday.

Spurs were, in all fairness, pretty good at Old Trafford and really ought to have returned to North London with all three points.

As it transpired, it needed a late leveller from Dominic Solanke to rescue a 1-1 draw.

By that point, Bryan Mbeumo had put United in front and Rodrigo Bentancur had been sent off for Spurs.

The upshot is, Spurs remain in the bottom three and without a victory from six games. Here, Tottenham News looks at three questions to emerge this past week.

Was Tottenham's draw with Man United a turning point?

Okay, so it was another game without a win for Spurs, who are desperate to kick-start their campaign.

But for much of the game, it looked a much more cohesive performance from De Zerbi's side, who created four big chances in the game.

While it was frustrating not to get all three points, it did feel much more encouraging.

Next up, a Coventry City riding high from wins over Nottingham Forest and Newcastle United visit Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, but Spurs must view it as a great opportunity to get that elusive win.

Does De Derbi need a midfield rethink?

One area that has been struggling for cohesion all season is Tottenham's midfield.

There is a bit of an imbalance, especially in the '10' role where Conor Gallagher just does not look comfortable, and Mateus Fernandes hasn't been flourishing.

Should De Zerbi think about going to more of a three-man midfield? Both Gallagher and Fernandes might flourish a little deeper in that system.

Or, with Bentancur now suspended, would it make more sense to merely drop Gallagher deeper, where he's much more comfortable?

Mohammed Kudus could then be a more comfortable option to fill the '10', while James Maddison is closing on a start and will add much needed creativity and flair.

It is something for De Zerbi to think about ahead of the Coventry game, where Tottenham will have to play on the front foot and dominate.

Can Dominic Solanke now go on a run?

It was a really strange day for Solanke.

Yes, he got the goal the that earned Tottenham a much-deserved point against the Red Devils.

But in total, he had three big chances and finished with just one goal, and the striker did not look confident up top.

Goals can breen confidence, though, and will we finally see Solanke put a run of goals together now that he has ended the barren run?
