Forget Richarlison: Three Tottenham players also unhappy under Roberto De Zerbi

Tottenham Hotspur have started this season as well as they performed last time, not very well.

It was all change over the summer, controlled by Roberto De Zerbi.

The Italian earned that by keeping Spurs in the Premier League after a year of nightmares on and off the pitch.

But after spending more than £300million, he is not delivered the sort of results that the Lewis family will stand for.

Back in 17th with only two points to their name, Spurs have yet to even score a goal in the Premier League.

And with that, Tottenham News have picked out a bunch of unhappy players, on top of Richarlison after his well-publicised fallout.

Marcos Senesi will have serious questions

The Argentine was hailed as one of the signings of the summer in the Premier League.

After taking England by storm at the heart of Bournemouth's defence, Tottenham went all out to secure his signature.

Not only that, but it cost absolutely nothing.

Senesi may be questioning that, though, with only one start in the Premier League and sitting on the bench for three games.

He didn't come to do just that, but with Jan Paul van Hecke and Micky Van de Ven preferred, he'll stay there until De Zerbi changes systems or is sacked.

Fernandes continues unhappy trend

If you asked any Spurs fan this summer, they were delighted with the signing of Fernandes from West Ham.

Despite costing around £85million, he was seen as the next big thing in the Premier League for midfielders.

So, four games in - why has Rodrigo Bentancur started more games and played more minutes than the Portuguese star?

It's a disgrace, and there's no wonder Spurs are struggling to score with Bentancur next to Sandro Tonali.

Neither can get on the ball like Fernandes and make things happen, so that needs to change very quickly.

With 1.3 key passes per game and 96.6 per cent success in that time, he is already outperforming the numbers of Tonali and Bentancur.

It's time for him to start.

Destiny Udogie doesn't fit in

Billed as the world's best up-and-coming left-back when signing, it did start very well for the Italian.

That has all been thrown out of the window.

He hardly played under De Zerbi, which is a surprise, and not only that, Spurs actively went out to sign Andrew Robertson.

The Scot has won the lot, and his experience has seen him immediately jump over Udogie.

He's started once and come off the bench twice, only playing 87 minutes.

It's not enough for him, and it wouldn't be a surprise to see him rock the boat sooner rather than later.
