Tottenham hailed as Mohammed Kudus transfer confirmed – Exclusive
Tottenham have made a huge statement by signing Mohammed Kudus from West Ham United.
Spurs supporters have been waiting for their marquee signing since the summer transfer window opened, and Daniel Levy has finally delivered several weeks later.
Kudus turned heads when West Ham signed him in 2023, putting up 28 goal contributions in his debut season. While he was less impactful last season, his versatility makes him a good signing for Thomas Frank.
And Levy will be happy with the deal he has managed to secure for Tottenham.

Kudus signing ‘good value’ for Tottenham
Kudus has joined Tottenham from West Ham for £55million after a brief tug-of-war between the two London rivals.
The Ghanaian becomes the first player to transfer between Spurs and West Ham since Scott Parker in 2011.

Mohammed Kudus | 235 | 67 | 28 |
While Tottenham will be reaping the rewards, Lilywhite Rose owner John Wenham – speaking exclusively to Tottenham News – believes West Ham will be unsatisfied with the transfer deal.
“I’m a bit surprised we’ve signed Kudus,” Wenham said.
“When I look at him just as a player, I remember the first season he had, and I remember thinking, ‘My goodness, what a signing for West Ham,’ because they only spent £40m on him.
“To have only made a £15m profit after settling him into the Premier League and him becoming a Premier League proven player with 24 months’ worth of experience behind him, just seems like a bad deal from West Ham’s point of view.
“From Tottenham’s point of view, I think it’s a really good value for the player you’re getting.”
Tottenham have outdone themselves with Kudus
Kudus will be a huge boost for Spurs’ Premier League and UEFA Champions League hopes next season.
The 24-year-old has experience across the frontline and is comfortable dropping deeper into the midfield. With more than 50 potential games to play, Frank will be grateful for a player who can be deployed anywhere in the attack.
Therefore, Kudus may turn out to be one of the best signings Tottenham have made in years.
