Tottenham: Striker sensation George Feeney set for Premier League transfer amid Spurs speculation
Tottenham are reportedly one of a number of possible destinations for 15-year-old Glentoran striker, George Feeney.
Although he is yet to celebrate his 16th birthday, Feeney has already made six first-team appearances for Irish League Premiership side Glentoran and netted his first goal for the club just last month.
His father, former Northern Ireland international striker Warren Feeney, is currently the manager of Glentoran and could look to include his son in the starting lineup once again on Friday 24 November, when his side face last season’s champions Larne at Inver Park.

It is an encounter which is being streamed live on the BBC Sport website and iPlayer, and if reports are to be believed, a number of Premier League fans could be tuning in to the clash.
This is because according to BBC Sport (24 November), despite only making his first-team debut for the club as recently as September, Feeney could already be “poised” for a move to the Premier League.
A number of top clubs including Brighton, Crystal Palace, West Ham and of course, Tottenham are all interested in the teenager.
The striker comes from a long line of professional footballers, with three generations of the Feeney family having played at international level, including his father, who could offer his son the perfect advice and guidance for transitioning to a career in England.

Warren Feeney has a long history in the English game himself, starting his career with Leeds United in 1998 and although he never enjoyed much personal success with the Whites, a loan move to AFC Bournemouth proved very effective.
He scored four goals in ten games for the Cherries before making his stay permanent in 2001. Feeney would go on to rack up 32 goals in 98 appearances for the EFL side, before enjoying goalscoring stints with Stockport County, Luton Town and Swansea City, among others.
At international level he earned an impressive 46 caps for Northern Ireland, scoring five times for his country, and his experience of English football could inspire his son to go one better and enjoy a long career in the country’s top flight.
Whether or not that will be with Tottenham remains to be seen, but one thing is for sure, following the sale of Harry Kane, and the inconsistent form of Richarlison, the north London club are certainly on the lookout for their next marksman.
In other Tottenham news, the club could be in the money following an update over the sale of Kane to Bayern Munich.
