Tottenham offer two-year deal to sign England rising star
Tottenham have offered England Under-16 goalkeeper Max Sievey a two-year scholarship to join the Under-18s next season.
Hotspur Way is home to several young, exciting talents. Luca Williams-Barnett debuted for Tottenham this season in their 3-0 Carabao Cup win over Doncaster Rovers back in September.
He is now one of two Tottenham stars representing England in the Under-17 World Cup.
Mikey Moore, who is currently on loan at Rangers, is another successful academy product who lifted the UEFA Europa League during his first full senior season in North London.
As a result, the Lilywhites are keen to continue developing talent to play at the top level.

Under-16 keeper Max Sievey set to be promoted at Tottenham
Sievey has been offered a two-year scholarship to join Tottenham’s Under-16s next season, according to Lilywhite Rose via X on 17 November.
The keeper made his first appearance with the U18s during their pre-season tour in Cork.
This follows the signings of Jacob Collins-Fay and Austen Ball last month. The former joined from Leyton Orient while the latter arrived from Luton Town.
The 16-year-old is one of Spurs’ most promising academy talents, and will definitely be one for fans to keep an eye on this season and beyond.
Thomas Frank will be keeping a keen eye on Spurs’ youth
Tottenham fans expected that Spurs’ injury crisis to leave with Ange Postecoglou, but there’s an argument to be made that it’s only worsened.
- There are currently 12 players sidelined for Spurs
- Tottenham had just 14 outfield players available at one point in October
- Postecoglou had 15 around the same time in his first season
If the crisis continues, Thomas Frank will be forced to look towards Tottenham’s academy for solutions.
The Dane was known for integrating young players into the first team while at Brentford, and there’s nothing to suggest that he won’t be keen to enact a similar policy in North London, especially with the injuries.
Dane Scarlett shone during Tottenham’s 4-0 win over Copenhagen in the UEFA Champions League earlier this month.
While his chance to net his first Champions League goal was stolen from Richarlison, who missed from the penalty spot, his substitution highlights that Frank is willing to play Spurs’ youth when the opportunity arises.
As a result, Tottenham fans can expect to see several academy stars platformed by Frank throughout his tenure in North London.
