Spurs can continue to use youth blueprint
Tottenham’s academy has been strong over the last few seasons and the U18s have started this season strong, sitting in seventh after five games, a run that saw them defeat London rivals West Ham 5-0.
- Armend Muslika -16-Years-old – Has started the season scoring 5 goals in 16 games for the U18s
- Malachi Hardy – 17- Years-old – Signed his first professional deal earlier this year.
- Luka Vuskovic – 18-Years-old – Signed in the summer and is now on loan at Hamburger SV
Williams-Barnett is an attacking threat, known for his versatility in the front four and his ability to use both feet, something that has left him as one of England’s best young prospects.
But it is not just from within where Spurs have been promoting. They have been extremely proactive in trying to scour the market for the best young talents.
As such, the likes of Lucas Bergvall, Archie Gray, and Luka Vuskovic have all joined over the past 18 months and it is a blueprint that can reap big rewards moving forward.
