Mikey Moore sends message to Ange Postecoglou at Tottenham
Ange Postecoglou’s treatment of Mikey Moore in recent weeks has been questionable.
Moore has enjoyed a breakthrough season in North London, establishing himself as a consistent part of the first-team squad.
However, the 17-year-old has struggled for minutes in recent weeks as players return from injury, with some fans even urging Moore to quit Tottenham after a recent development.
After an official England announcement about Moore on Thursday, it looks like the youngster will have a chance to remind Postecoglou of his quality over the coming weeks.
However, the teenager hasn’t wasted any time sending a message to his manager.

Moore back in action for Tottenham Under-21s
After his role as an unused substitute in Spurs’ 3-1 win over AZ Alkmaar at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Thursday (13 March), Moore was in action for the club’s under-21s the following day.
Plenty of supporters will question why Moore was even playing in the fixture as Wayne Burnett’s side stormed to a 4-0 victory over Blackburn Rovers’ Under-21s in the Premier League 2 at Lamex Stadium on Friday (14 March), and Moore made sure to remind Postecoglou that he is too good for that level.

Mikey Moore | 16 | 1 | 4 |
He was a constant threat for the home side down the left, and opened the scoring on 27 minutes when he roamed infield and cracked a low shot inside the near post from distance.
It looked too easy for Moore at times, and this should act as a clear reminder to Postecoglou that the youngster is wasting his time playing for the under-21s, and needs to be afforded more opportunities for the first-team once again.
Postecoglou has the opportunity to give Moore minutes
Spurs’ full focus between now and the end of the season will be on the UEFA Europa League.
As a result, Postecoglou will likely rotate his squad in the Premier League – a competition in which Spurs have little left to play for – starting this Sunday (16 March), when the Australian is expected to make eight Tottenham changes against Fulham at Craven Cottage.
Therefore, there are no excuses for Moore not to be handed first-team chances between now and May.
