Tottenham informed of major Manor Solomon exit news
Tottenham will look to make some important changes to the squad in the summer transfer window.
Ange Postecoglou has come under heavy scrutiny following Spurs’ dismal 2024-25 season. Under the Australian manager, Spurs sit 13th with 33 points in the league and are heading for the Europa League round of 16 exit if they do not overturn a 1-0 deficit against AZ Alkmaar.
The Tottenham squad has been misfiring and their inconsistency has been a major reason for their downfall this term.
Spurs captain, Son Heung-min, recently spoke about how the players need to do better and a 1-0 loss to AZ was a ‘wake up call’ for which the South Korean was heavily criticised.
With a squad that has several cracks to fill, the north London outfit may be heading for a squad rebuild to a certain extent.

A summer of ins and outs for Tottenham?
Tottenham’s attack has become a big talking point. Their forwards, Richarlison and Dominic Solanke have collectively missed over 40 games this season because of injuries, leaving the squad in dire need of attackers.
There has been uncertainty over Son’s contract too, who will turn 33 this July and has one-year left on his current deal.
While there has been widespread reports of Spurs looking to bolster their attack, there have also been reports of several players leaving.
Israel attacker Manor Solomon, who joined Leeds United on loan from Spurs at the start of the season, has been a highly influential player for the Whites in their quest for Premier League promotion.

The 25-year-old has netted seven goals and provided seven assists in 28 Championship games this term. He’s been a regular starter under Daniel Farke, starting 19 of the 28 games he’s played, showcasing fine quality on the left side.
According to Sunday Mirror (9th March, Page 71), the West Yorkshire club has told Tottenham that they will be willing to sign Solomon permanently if they achieve Premier League promotion.
The report also adds that Spurs are keen to sell the left-sided attacker to reduce their wage bill in the summer. As things stand, Farke’s men are cruising to a promotion with 76 points in 35 games, sitting at the top of the table.

Midfield changes at N17 in the summer?
Multiple reports have confirmed that Yves Bissouma will be allowed to leave Spurs in the summer. The 28-year-old arrived from Brighton as a promising midfielder but his time at N17 has been rather forgetful.
The Mali international still has a year left on his current deal but as things stand, he’s expected to leave this summer.
Sources told Tottenham News exclusively that a £15 million offer will be enough for Spurs to part ways with Bissouma. He has been linked with a move to Crystal Palace, which could turn to reality if Adam Wharton decides to leave Selhurst Park.
