‘Rashford waits on Man United exit offer’ as Tottenham deal ready to be done
Tottenham are looking to strengthen in attack as they build a squad capable of competing in the Champions League.
Some targets have been and gone, with Leroy Sane opting for a move to Galatasaray over North London.
Furthermore, there is a strong possibility that Son Heung-min could leave Spurs this summer, with just a year left in his contract.
Now, attention turns to Man United’s Marcus Rashford, who is expected to leave Old Trafford this summer.

Rashford waits on Man United exit offers
Rashford would be a popular pick for many Tottenham supporters, although his arrival would be divisive.
The forward has fallen out of favour at his boyhood club and is not part of Ruben Amorim’s long-term plans.
Last season, the 27-year-old spent the second half of last season on loan at Aston Villa, where he notched 10 goal involvements in all competitions.

However, he only scored two Premier League goals for the West Midlands club and will not return there next season.
Speaking on his YouTube channel (4 July), Fabrizio Romano provided an update on the England international’s future.
He said: “Marcus Rashford is waiting for options, including Barcelona. Rashford would love to go to Barcelona, he would love to play in Spain, he would love to be a Barca player.
“Rashford is basically waiting for this option. He has also more possibilities, but I expect Barcelona to try for Luis Diaz again and have Rashford as part of their shortlist again.”
It has been previously reported that United would subsidise Rashford’s wages to do a deal with Tottenham.
Furthermore, former Lilywhites scout Bryan King backed up that notion and told Tottenham News that Rashford would have to take a pay cut to join Spurs.
Rashford worth a punt for Tottenham amid Luis Diaz news
With Rashford seemingly not Barcelona’s top priority, that should encourage the North London club to make a move for the 27-year-old.
If Tottenham want to play attacking football on the break, then the United man would be the ideal option.
Yes, he has not been at his best for some time, but if the system suits the forwards, then he can regain his form.
While this all hinges on Barca’s pursuit of Diaz, it looks as though Rashford is a realistic option for Spurs.
