Arsenal ‘hold key to Richarlison exit’ as Tottenham green-light transfer
Richarlison’s time as a Tottenham player seems to be coming to an end as the summer transfer window heats up.
Brazil international Richarlison has been linked with Saudi Arabian clubs as well as those closer to home, including former side Everton.
Richarlison’s future looks bleak under Thomas Frank, as it did for large parts of Ange Postecoglou’s tenure, especially if Bryan Mbuemo arrives.
And in a bizarre twist, it may well be that Spurs‘ fierce rivals Arsenal hold the key to Richarlison’s exit finally going through.

Galatasaray want Richarlison to fill Victor Osimhen void
Victor Osimhen is another striker who has been linked with his fair share of clubs this window, as he has been in many recent windows.
The Nigerian is supposedly wanted by Arsenal, who have a few different attackers on their radar this summer.
And according to Posta (22 June), Richarlison has now been identified by Galatasaray as the player they want to replace Osimhen assuming they do not get him back on loan.
Re-signing Osimhen on loan already looks like being an incredibly slim possibility, particularly with the likes of Arsenal, Manchester United and others supposedly willing to spend big.
The same report says that Tottenham are willing to green-light Richarlison’s move to Galatasaray as they seek a replacement.

Richarlison’s time at Tottenham over
Richarlison‘s Tottenham career has never truly got going, and it makes sense for the Brazilian to move on this summer as part of this new era in North London.
Frank will have targets of his own in mind, with Spurs looking at Eberechi Eze among others.
There are a number of players that have proved they are simply not good enough for Tottenham going forward, with Richarlison unfortunately one of those.
Player | Appearances | Goals | Assists | Minutes |
Richarlison | 24 | 5 | 2 | 942′ |
If Daniel Levy can get a sizeable sum for Richarlison, then cashing in is the right choice.
That money then needs to be instantly reinvested to ensure that Frank has a squad strong enough to fight on multiple fronts right from the start of next season.
