Tottenham transfer round-up: Son Heung-min exit imminent as contract agreed

Tottenham are expected to return to the transfer market in the coming weeks.

Mohammed Kudus is currently the only marquee arrival to walk through the doors at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium this summer, despite Spurs’ attempts to bring in a new midfielder.

Morgan Gibbs-White had looked to be heading to North London after his £60million release clause was triggered, but a dispute made by Nottingham Forest has thrown the transfer into doubt.

Spurs confirm contract extension for Luana Buhler

Tottenham Women have announced that Luana Buhler’s contract at The Tottenham Hotspur Stadium has been extended.

Buhler recently underwent surgery for a knee injury after making just six appearances in the Barclays Women’s Super League last season.

Son Heung-min to decide on future at Tottenham

Son Heung-min could leave Spurs this summer, after almost a decade in North London.

According to Fabrizio Romano (25 July), MLS side Los Angeles FC have presented an offer to the winger, who is expected to hold talks with Frank before deciding on his future.

Son’s departure is a real possibility, with the 33-year-old’s contract in North London due to expire next summer.

Maxime Esteve to sign a new deal with Burnley

Spurs have been linked with a move for Burnley defender Maxime Esteve this summer.

The 23-year-old starred for the Championship runners-up last season, appearing in every single game and winning the Clarets’ Player of the Season award.

But Tottenham appear to have missed their chance, with Esteve now close to agreeing a new, improved contract with Burnley.
