Tottenham transfer news as another exit on cards in January
Tottenham could let Tyrese Hall on loan this month after sanctioning a temporary move to Aberdeen for Alfie Dorrington, according to Darren Witcoop.
The journalist reported via his personal X account (13 January) that the 19-year-old is attracting loan interest during the January transfer window.
Stoke City have placed the central midfielder on their radar, with the teenager potentially the next player to leave Spurs temporarily this month after Dorrington, who has joined Aberdeen until the end of the season.
Tyrese Hall development hits snag at Tottenham
It is a surprise that Hall has not featured for Ange Postecoglou’s first team this season.
The London-born midfielder has often shown that he is a cut above the rest in the Under-21s level and was even heavily involved with the senior squad in pre-season.
However, Hall has not appeared in any of Tottenham’s matchday squads this season, let alone make an appearance.
The FA Cup trip to Tamworth on Sunday (12 January) was a good opportunity for Postecoglou to hand the youngster his debut, but he was nowhere to be seen.
It, therefore, makes sense for Hall to continue his development elsewhere for the time being.

Playing at a club like Stoke in the Championship would help him get some valuable first-team experience under his belt.
It is worth noting that Hall is contracted to the North London giants until 2029 after signing a fresh deal last year, but it would not be a surprise if he quit the club in the summer if he still does not break into the first team.
