Shock Manor Solomon exit destination emerges after Crystal Palace and Tottenham deal collapse
Manor Solomon has been given another chance to leave Tottenham this summer.
Solomon was expected to leave Tottenham and sign for Crystal Palace on a season-long loan. However, the transfer has since fallen through.
Last season, the right winger enjoyed a loan spell with Leeds United, who wanted to sign Solomon from Tottenham on a permanent deal this summer. But a deal failed to materialise before the window closed.
However, the right winger and Spurs could have now been offered another chance to part ways.

Villlarreal working on Manor Solomon move
As reported by Fabrizio Romano via X on Monday, 1 September, Villarreal are working on a last-minute move to sign Solomon from Tottenham.
This comes as the Spanish summer transfer window is set to close at 12am local time, which means that the winger could still arrive at the La Liga club.
Meanwhile, Porto are also among the names mentioned as a possible destination in what seems a shock move on the face of it, given how late the interest has arrived.
But with hours left on the clock, Daniel Levy will want to close this deal soon to avoid another failed transfer.
Who will replace Manor Solomon at Tottenham?
While he struggled to find his feet at Tottenham, Solomon impressed Thomas Frank to the point that he was given a chance during pre-season.
Injury robbed him of the opportunity to show the Dane what he can do. But now that Son Heung-min has left Tottenham for LAFC and Solomon looks likely to follow him, Spurs are low on left-wingers.
- Wilson Odobert is the only player at Tottenham who naturally plays on the left wing
- Frank has turned Brennan Johnson into a makeshift left-winger
Randal Kolo Muani arrived at Tottenham on deadline day and has had shifts on the left wing, despite preferring to play as a centre-forward. Meanwhile, new signing Xavi Simons can also play there, but his preferred position is as an attacking midfielder.
As such, it seems likely that Frank will continue playing Johnson in the role despite him being more comfortable on the right. The Welshman has already netted twice this season from the left, which indicates he could grow into the role.
Therefore, despite Spurs having few out-and-out left wingers, they have enough talent to make it work.
