‘Ramsey is signing for Tottenham’ – West Ham spokesman
Jacob Ramsey could be set to join Tottenham from Aston Villa.
The Villans are arguably the club facing the most difficult PSR issues in the Premier League, with Unai Emery’s side yet to complete a single transfer in or out this summer.
That could be set to change in the coming weeks, with the 24-year-old local lad potentially set to be on his way out of Villa Park.
A move to West Ham has been rumoured, but now a spokesperson has revealed that a move to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium is now likely.

Ramsey to snub West Ham in Tottenham move
The Englishman was one of the brightest talents for the Midlands-based outfit before suffering a major injury with the under-21s national side.
That has seen his progress stagnate in claret and blue, and as a result, a move away could be possible before the new Premier League season kicks off.

There has been a number of links that have suggested the attacking midfielder could be in line to link up with Graham Potter in East London.
This has been matched by a potential move to work under Thomas Frank in N17, who appears to have won the race for the ex-Doncaster Rovers loanee.
This comes after a West Ham spokesperson revealed that Ramsey is edging closer to a Tottenham move from Aston Villa this summer.
Speaking to Hammers News (28 June), they said: ” I think the player (Ramsey) is going to Spurs.”

Ramsey to join Tottenham from Aston Villa
It is fair to say that the Lilywhites are in desperate need of reinforcements after such a frustrating and injury-hit campaign last time around.
This saw James Maddison miss the Europa League final through injury, alongside fellow attacker Dejan Kulusevski.
As a result, adding a versatile, forward-thinking midfield option could prove to be wise, with Ramsey representing a positive option.
There is every chance that Frank could get the best out of the Villa ace, who will be hopeful of staying fit for a prolonged period moving forward.
It will be interesting to see how much Daniel Levy would have to fork out for this deal, and what that means for West Ham and Aston Villa this summer.
