Radu Dragusin ‘ever closer’ to leaving Tottenham in shock swap transfer deal
Radu Dragusin is prepared to leave Tottenham this summer after falling out of favour under Ange Postecoglou.
Dragusin has started 25 games across all competitions for Spurs this season, but is aware that he is behind Micky van de Ven in the pecking order when the Dutchman is fit.
That is why the possibility of the centre-back leaving is emerging as a serious option with still nine games left to play in the Premier League.

AC Milan want to sign Dragusin from Tottenham
Dragusin is ‘ever closer’ to leaving Tottenham and returning to Serie A this summer, according to Calciomercato.it.
Juventus have been heavily linked with a move for the Romania international in the last few months, while the Italian outlet, reporting via their website on Sunday (23 March), mentioned Napoli’s interest in roping him in.
Matches | Minutes | Goals | Conceded | Clean Sheets | Yellow Cards | Red Cards |
16 | 1253′ | 0 | 29 | 3 | 1 | 0 |
However, Spurs’ £25million valuation of the defender is deemed as a sticking point already, with clubs in Italy tipped to think twice before committing to such a deal.
That, though, may not stop AC Milan, who have a ‘surprise’ card up their sleeve.
Milan have sounded out Dragusin in the past and could ‘forcefully’ return to the negotiating table for him at the end of the season.

Dragusin and Fikayo Tomori swap on cards
Therefore, a swap deal involving Dragusin and Fikayo Tomoro has been mooted, with the agreement potentially not including additional fees.
It is worth noting that Spurs tried signing Tomori from Milan in the winter transfer window, only to be rejected by the Englishman.
However, the former Chelsea ace is prepared to return to the Premier League ahead of next season, with even a move to North London not ruled out.
Tottenham, for their part, are prepared to make another attempt to sign him anyway, thus making the proposed swap deal a serious and viable possibility.
Negotiations over such a transfer agreement have not taken place yet, but there could soon be first contacts to discuss the deal.
