Jamie Donley exit agreed at Tottenham as transfer timeline now emerges
Jamie Donley is expected to leave Tottenham this summer after an impressive season on loan at Leyton Orient.
The forward enjoyed his time in League One last season, scoring eight goals and providing 11 assists in all competitions.
There was hope that Donley would be one name Spurs fans would see more of next season. However, with several new additions to an already competitive squad, that does not seem to be on the cards.

Donley poised for Championship loan after South Korea tour
As reported by Lilywhite Rose via X on Friday (1 August), Tottenham have agreed a deal with an unnamed Championship club for Donley to spend the season on loan.
It is understood that the deal will be finalised upon the completion of Spurs’ tour in South Korea.
Season | Appearances | Goals | Assists |

While it is unknown where the forward will sign, there is reason to suspect it could be West Brom. Indeed, several Spurs players, including Mikey Moore, have been linked with a move to the Championship side this summer.
This comes after former Tottenham assistant coach Ryan Mason took over at The Hawthorns.
Tottenham’s loan plans are coming together well
Donley will not be the first, and he is unlikely to be the last Spurs talent to be loaned out this summer.
Indeed, Ashley Philips recently rejoined Stoke City for the season after an impressive loan spell at the Championship side. This comes as no surprise given that competition is rife in defence at the moment.
Moore is the latest youngster to be sent out and has agreed a season-long loan at Rangers.
The Scottish side could play European football next season after progressing to the third qualifying round for the UEFA Champions League. A taste of Champions League football would benefit Moore in ways that playing in the Championship would not be able to replicate.
Furthermore, the Lilywhites are not expected to stop here. With Donley’s loan set to be confirmed soon, and several more expected to follow, Spurs supporters should keep an eye out over the next couple of days.
