Dejan Kulusevski could ‘push for Tottenham exit’ after £50m developments
Dejan Kulusevski has been one of Tottenham’s most important players this season, but there is a slight chance that the Swede could leave in the summer.
Despite Tottenham’s never-ending struggles in the Premier League this season, the versatile attacker has 10 goals and 10 assists in 42 appearances for Spurs.
Kulusevski is being duly missed by Tottenham, as the Sweden international recovers from a foot injury that has kept him out of action since the first week of March.
While the 24-year-old remains a cornerstone of the team, his future may depend on how Tottenham finish this season under Ange Postecoglou.

Kulusevski exit lined up
Kulusevski has been a standout performer for Postecoglou, but that has not prevented the Spurs’ slump.
The Swede was courted by several clubs in the January transfer window, with AC Milan being one of them.
With Spurs possibly missing out on European football next season, there is a stronger chance of them losing Kulusevski, as per reports from Calciomercato.

The Lilywhites rejected advances from Milan in January as they aim to build around the former Juventus man, however, things could change if he pushes for an exit, if Tottenham fail to qualify for Europe.
Fabio Paratici, who is expected to become Milan’s new sporting director, will look to reunite with Kulusevski at the San Siro.
The report adds that even though the Lilywhites are not interested in selling Kulusevski, it will take a mammoth offer of above £50million to even convince the North London side to consider a sale.

Tottenham need to secure European football for next season
If Spurs are to keep hold of Kulusevski, they need to ensure they qualify for Europe.
Given Tottenham’s abysmal league record, the only way of ensuring European football for next season is by winning the UEFA Europa League.
Tottenham chief Daniel Levy has also issued an ultimatum to Postecoglou about securing European football for next season as the minimum objective.
The Lilywhites are set to play Eintracht Frankfurt in the quarter-finals of the Europa League, a tricky fixture given Spurs’ struggle this season.
If Spurs manage to win the competition, they will end their 17-year trophy drought and ensure Champions League football for next season, both of which will help keep Kulusevski.
