Tottenham ready ‘mega Rodrygo transfer’ as Daniel Levy promise emerges
Real Madrid forward Rodrygo has been linked with a move to Tottenham.
Rodrygo is a household name in football nowadays, having made 270 appearances for Real Madrid and winning just about everything he can in his career.
At just 24 years old, he’s yet to reach his peak and has been linked with a move to the Premier League this summer, with his future in Spain up in the air.
Liverpool were once thought to be his next destination, but Daniel Levy looks set to have his say on the matter.

Tottenham ready to negotiate Rodrygo deal
Arsenal have also been linked with a move for Rodrygo, and Levy will be just as keen to prevent that from happening.
As per Spanish newspaper, AS (23 July, pg 9), Tottenham are ready to persuade Real Madrid to lower their asking price for the Brazilian, which is believed to be set around £78million.
Real Madrid | Games | Goals | Assists |
Rodrygo | 270 | 68 | 47 |
Spurs have already splashed the cash this summer with the arrival of Mohammed Kudus, having also set aside a further £60m for a potential Morgan Gibbs-White transfer.
Thomas Frank was promised “investment and more investment” by Levy when he joined Tottenham, and the latter looks set to deliver on that promise this summer.

Rodrygo would transform Tottenham
Tottenham have several quality attacking options, but the addition of Rodrygo would take this team to a whole new level.
The 24-year-old has immense attacking qualities and has years of development ahead of him.
Not only that, but his ability to play anywhere across the front three would be a huge asset to have for Frank, especially considering his tendencies to change formation and tactics depending on the game or situation.
If Levy can pull this deal off, it would be a contender for the signing of the season, though there is still a long way to go before that becomes reality.
