Richarlison slammed for ‘really poor’ moment during Tottenham’s victory over Slavia Prague
Andy Reid was left unimpressed with Richarlison’s early miss during Tottenham’s 3-0 win over Slavia Prague.
Richarlison has had a great few weeks for Tottenham and has been consistently finding the net.
The striker had netted the opener against in the 2-0 victory over Brentford as he helped ease the pressure on Thomas Frank.
However, he could have easily added to his tally on Tuesday if he had not seen an early chance saved.

Richarlison slammed for early miss vs Slavia Prague
Tottenham almost got off to a fabulous start against Slavia Prague.
Inside the first minute, Wilson Odobert put in a wonderful ball for Richarlison, who had no one around him.
However, the striker could only fire his shot into the middle of the goal, which Jindrich Stanek managed to save.
Speaking on BBC Radio 5 Live Sports Extra on 9 December, Andy Reid was quick to criticise Richarlison’s miss despite the save being impressive from the Slavia Prague keeper.
He said: “That’s an incredible save, but it’s also a poor miss from Richarlison. It’s a really poor finish, but a strong start from Tottenham.”

These are chances Richarlison simply has to be taking.
Spurs need someone who will prove to be reliable up top, no matter the chances presented to him.
If this continues, then Frank may have reconsidered his place in the starting XI and drop him.
What were Richarlison’s stats against Slavia Prague?
According to Fotmob on 9 December, Richarlison had a fairly disappointing match.
Despite producing a 0.42 xG, he was unable to find the net.
On top of this, he only won 50 per cent of his ground and aerial duels and completed 64 per cent of his passes before he was subbed off midway through the second half.
However, he did manage to hit the target with both shots he had.

Hopefully, the Brazil international will now be well-rested for Spurs’ upcoming tie against Nottingham Forest on Sunday.
Frank will no doubt need the striker fit and on form if Tottenham are to get a result from the City Ground.
