Fabio Paratici return ‘to cause tension at Tottenham’ amid Johan Lange news
Daniel Levy is vying to bring Fabio Paratici back to Tottenham.
Levy wants to get his house in order and is administering a significant shake-up at board level as the Lilywhites prepare for a new era with Thomas Frank.
The Tottenham Chairman is keen to bring his old colleague Paratici back to North London to front the new era following the Italian’s forced departure to serve his 30-month worldwide ban.
Paratici is expected to return to Tottenham. However, his impending arrival may not be universally welcomed at Spurs following recent developments.

Johan Lange to survive overhaul at Tottenham
The sea of change in North London has seen a handful of senior departures, with Scott Munn the latest to leave after only two years in his post as Chief Football Officer.
Johan Lange, who also joined in 2023 from Aston Villa, was rumoured with an exit as part of the overhaul to make way for Paratici.
Potentially due to his close relations with Frank, with whom he has previously worked at the Danish side Lyngby, Lange is now set to stay at Hotspur Way.

Brondby IF | 103 | 46 | 29 | 28 |
The 45-year-old operates in a similar way to his inbound compatriot, putting a huge emphasis on data to scout and evaluate players.
This is at odds with the way Paratici conducts his business.
The former Juventus man is much more akin to trusting his eye to judge players and uses his strong connections within the footballing world to secure deals.
While there are merits to this more old-school approach, the clash in methodology could cause tension at Tottenham going forward.

Spurs must focus on signing players
Tottenham’s summer has been a busy one already, yet the club have not dipped their toes in the transfer market, despite last season highlighting the squad’s desperate need for reinforcements.
Apart from Kevin Danso signing a permanent deal from Lens following his January arrival on loan, Spurs have not brought in a new face, which is seeing them lose ground on their much more active Premier League rivals.
The distraction from changes to the hierarchy must be resolved soon, and they will hope potential tensions will not further delay their hunt for new signings.
