Ange Postecoglou may well have found a new profession amid surprise whereabouts
Ange Postecoglou can be forgiven for wanting to take a bit of time out of management on the back of his sacking at both Tottenham and Nottingham Forest last year.
Postecoglou was given the boot by Spurs just 16 days after lifting the Europa League trophy on a famous night in Bilbao.
The Australian was hired by Nottingham Forest in September but lasted only 39 days at the City Ground in what was a dreadful spell.
Postecoglou has been linked with numerous Premier League jobs, as well as some abroad, but right now he appears to be content spending time out of the spotlight.
And it may well be that the 60-year-old has a new avenue he could go down if his whereabouts at the weekend are anything to go by.

Ange Postecoglou gives a lecture to students in Norway
Postecoglou recently started a new position working as an advisor for UEFA, which sees him write reports on various matches.
It is a job many managers out of work take up and allows them to keep a foot in the door, so to speak.
Alongside that, Ange is also now seemingly venturing out further as he was spotted giving a lecture in the Norwegian city of Kristiansand at the weekend.
An image was circulated via X, with ‘Tobias’ posting: “Ange giving a lecture in Kristiansand was not on my bingo card…”
Many shared their surprise at Postecoglou attending the low-key event.
A caption on the giant screen behind Postecoglou reas: “Success is underpinned by the intangibles.”
Postecoglou was speaking at a conference at the University of Agder, where he offered his expertise in the world of football management.
And it may well be that the former Celtic manager decides this could be a cushty avenue to go down, rather than bouncing between jobs.

How does Postecoglou’s win rate at Spurs compare to other jobs?
Postecoglou’s win rate at Spurs boss was pretty terrible, albeit he did guide the Lilywhites to some rare silverware.
That alone offsets the 46.5 per cent win rate, which is actually the second best across his past five positions.

Postecoglou, as if he needs reminding, failed to win any of his eight matches as Nottingham Forest manager
He won 44.9 per cent as Australia head coach, meanwhile, with Celtic clearly out in front with a 73.45 per cent win rate.
It may well be that Postecoglou is not formally offered another job in the Premier League until he proves himself all over again elsewhere.
If he does return to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium one day in the visiting dugout, though, he will receive a brilliant reception from Spurs fans for delivering what he promised.
