Tottenham v Manchester United result predicted by supercomputer
Tottenham host Manchester United on Sunday with both managers under increasing pressure, with the latest supercomputer predictions forecasting the result.
With Ange Postecoglou seemingly teetering on the edge of the sack at Tottenham, a win against Man United may be essential to alleviate some of that pressure.
Both sides are enduring horrid campaigns of their own, but Tottenham’s FA Cup exit to Aston Villa all but ended any real hope of winning silverware this season, with both sides hoping to find some success in the Europa League.
However, the latest supercomputer predictions don’t bode well for one of the managers ahead of the clash, with a marginal favourite emerging.
Supercomputer forecasts Tottenham v Man United result
Tottenham are expected to come away from the clash with Man United with all three points, according to the latest predictions from Opta Analyst.
Spurs have been awarded a 39.2 per cent chance of victory, with the Red Devils not far behind them with a 36.3 per cent chance.
Both sides are in poor form and picking a winner from the clash is certainly a difficult task, but the home advantage may be just enough to swing the result Postecoglou’s way.
Of course, that leaves a 24.5 per cent chance of a draw on Sunday, which probably wouldn’t cause much of a surprise if that were to happen.
Change is needed at Tottenham
At this stage, it seems unlikely that Daniel Levy is going to sack Postecoglou, regardless of the nightmare of a season they are enduring.
For weeks and even months, the decision has been there to be made and yet he is still opting against it with it looking like he will see the remainder of the season out.

However, there is no possible way that the Australian should be afforded a day at the club upon the conclusion of the season if that is the route they decide to go down.
Throughout the season, Postecoglou has been the driving force behind Tottenham’s failure and while you can have some sympathy for the injury situation, it simply isn’t enough to warrant the regression he has caused.
Should Tottenham suffer another heavy defeat when they face Man United, a decision may be forced sooner rather than later.
