Tottenham continue strong Leeds relationship after brand-new agreement
Tottenham and Leeds United have once again demonstrated that the relationship between the clubs remains positive after a new agreement.
Ange Postecoglou is one of many facing an uncertain future at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Daniel Levy could finally decide to pull the trigger and sack Postecoglou, which would leave the Spurs chairman hunting for yet another new manager.
However, there could be a host of changes within the squad as well, with plenty of players not guaranteed to stay beyond the summer, including Cristian Romero, who could be sold by Tottenham for £75million.
For now, this is all just speculation. However, one player appears to have already made an exit, as the relationship between Spurs and Leeds is once again utilised.

Leeds United bring in Tottenham defender on trial
While it has been a disappointing season for the first team, Spurs’ Under-18s have been doing well, with Luca Williams-Barnett shining at Hotspur Way.
However, the 16-year-old isn’t the only young player in fine form, and Spurs have begun to reward those showing promise by handing out professional contracts to their players.
Under-18 Premier League South 2024/25 | Position | Points | Played |
Crystal Palace | 1st | 34 | 21 |
Southampton | 2nd | 33 | 19 |
Chelsea | 3rd | 32 | 19 |
Tottenham | 4th | 28 | 17 |
Malachi Hardy has signed a deal with Tottenham, as has George Feeney, Tye Hall, Sam Archer, Jamel Beggs and Ronny Moncur.
However, Tottenham now look likely to cut ties with one player who had previously signed a professional contract in North London.
As reported to X by Lilywhite Rose, via leedsutdacademy (28 March), Callum Logan has joined Leeds United on trial. The Under-18 defender joined Spurs from Ipswich in 2023 and signed his first professional contract in January 2024.
He was recommended to Tottenham by Chris Perkins, who has since left the club.
Tottenham continue to work with Leeds United
Spurs and Leeds have exchanged several players in recent seasons, with Djed Spence and Joe Rodon heading to Daniel Farke’s side on loan in the 2023/24 campaign, with the latter making his stay permanent.
Meanwhile, Archie Gray signed for Tottenham from the Whites in the most recent summer transfer window, while Manor Solomon made a loan move the other way, with a permanent transfer to Elland Road on the cards.
And if Logan succeeds on trial with the Whites and joins the West Yorkshire club, it should only strengthen the relationship between Tottenham and Leeds.
