Tottenham round-up: Postecoglou ‘sack sealed’, goalkeeper signs new contract
Ange Postecoglou is under intense scrutiny as he edges closer to the exit door at Tottenham, with his fate becoming clearer and clearer.
Tottenham face their biggest game of the season as they travel to Germany to face Eintracht Frankfurt in the Europa League semi-finals.
Postecoglou knows that anything but a win would mean he is axed from his role as Spurs manager, but it has now reached the point where European glory may not be enough to save him.
The Europa League clash is set to take place on April 15, and his side’s full focus will be on the clash in Germany.
Here, Tottenham News round-up all the latest from Tuesday, 15 April:

Postecoglou’s fate sealed regardless of Europa League victory
Even if Spurs pull off an unlikely Europa League victory, Postecoglou’s recent clashes with fans has now meant his fate is sealed, according to pundit Richard Keys.
“Ange is a dead man walking. He picked a fight with Tottenham fans during the recent Chelsea game. Bad call Ange. You just can’t do that,” Keys wrote in his column (14 April)
“He’s gone – even if he wins the Europa League. I backed him half way through the season but I’ve changed my mind. I’m tired of listening to him mumble at the floor explaining ‘it’s what we are mate’.

Eleanor Heeps signs new Tottenham Women’s contract
On the Women’s side, things are looking a lot more positive, as promising goalkeeper Eleanor Heeps has now put pen to paper on a new contract.
The 21-year-old has competed well with Liz Kops for a starting spot, and despite dropping to the bench in recent months, she has signed a new deal.
With Tottenham sliding down the WSL table, perhaps now is the time to give Heeps more game time.

Andoni Iraola to stay at Bournemouth
With Postecoglou nearing the exit door, Bournemouth boss Andoni Iraola became the frontrunner to replace him at Tottenham.
However, the Spaniard will now stay at Bournemouth for one more season, with it reported that he could even be offered a new contract to extend his stay at the Vitality Stadium.
If Spurs do part ways with Postecoglou, they will now have to look elsewhere for his replacement.
Frankfurt backed to beat Tottenham in Europa League
The upcoming Europa League quarter-final second leg will see Spurs play in a hostile atmosphere in Germany, and that could be detrimental to their hopes of winning.
Frankfurt have now been given a 40.6 per cent probability of beating Tottenham on the night, and after their 1-1 draw in North London, this would knock Spurs out of the competition.
The German side are the favourites, with Spurs only given a 32.8 per cent chance of victory by Opta’s supercomputer.
