Tottenham news round-up: Spurs star suffers injury blow, £70m transfer news
Ange Postecoglou cannot seem to catch a break at Tottenham, even when his side aren’t in action.
Spurs had a free weekend as a result of their elimination from the FA Cup.
As a result, that would have given Postecoglou and his players plenty of time to focus on the upcoming first-leg of their Round of 16 UEFA Europa League clash against AZ Alkmaar at the AFAS Stadion on Thursday (6 March).
Postecoglou is expected to make three changes to his Spurs team in the Netherlands. However, the Australian will be unable to call on one player after yet another injury blow in North London.
Here, Tottenham News rounds up the latest from Tuesday, 4 March.
