Tottenham get major Inzaghi update as Fabrizio Romano confirms Postecoglou sack news
Tottenham are widely considered to be lining up a new manager for the start of next season amid uncertainty surrounding Ange Postecoglou.
Postecoglou has Tottenham on course to finish 14th in the Premier League with their lowest points return since 2003-04.
Former Celtic boss Postecoglou has lost the faith of the Tottenham fanbase and his recent comments suggest he is a man who accepts his time could soon be up.

Postecoglou future depends on Europa League success
Ahead of Tottenham’s clash with Southampton in the Premier League on Sunday (6 April) – a game Postecoglou dare not lose – Fabrizio Romano has provided an update on his situation.
Speaking via his personal YouTube channel (4 April), Romano confirmed what everyone already knows regarding Postecoglou and the prospect of him being sacked by Tottenham.
“The Europa League will be really important because if Tottenham win it, it could change the whole sense of the project – next season would be Champions League and a trophy finally for Spurs,” Romano said.
“Otherwise, the expectation is for a very concrete and strong chance for Tottenham to replace Ange Postecoglou.”

Basically, Tottenham will sack Postecoglou if he does not guide Tottenham all the way on the continent.
Asked about links between Spurs and Inter head coach Simone Inzaghi, Romano said: “I can guarantee Inzaghi is completely focused on Inter and is not having any concrete conversations with Tottenham at this point.”
Inzaghi would be good next appointment for Tottenham
Inzaghi has enjoyed plenty of success as a coach in Italy, from winning the Coppa Italia with Lazio to winning six trophies at Inter and reaching a Champions League final.
Persuading him to leave San Siro to take over at Tottenham would not be easy, but he is the calibre of coach Daniel Levy simply has to be targeting.
Mauricio Pochettino remains the favourite to become next Spurs boss, with his future in charge of the United States rather uncertain, while the likes of Thomas Frank and Andoni Iraola have also been linked.
Levy will not pull the trigger just yet but, as Romano says, defeat to Frankfurt will spell the end for Postecoglou at Tottenham.
