Tottenham gem Jamie Donley ‘seriously considering’ career U-turn, details shared
Jamie Donley has been in outstanding form throughout his loan spell at Leyton Orient this season.
Tottenham have a number of exciting young talents coming through the Academy ranks, though very few have impressed quite as much as Donley has this season.
The Tottenham youngster scored a screamer against Manchester City in the cup and has contributed to plenty of goals for the League One outfit throughout the campaign.
However, one thing that has remained unclear is in regard to the country that Donley will choose to represent, but it appears as though a decision may have been made.

Donley makes International decision.
Given the form and reputation that Donley has as a result of his performance this season, it comes as no surprise to see his ability recognised at international level.
According to Lilywhite Rose via their Instagram (14 March), the Spurs youngster is seriously considering Northern Ireland as his international allegiance.
Leyton Orient | Appearances | Goals | Assists |
Jamie Donley | 39 | 6 | 6 |
Donnelly has represented England from under 16 level all the way to under 19 level, but is more likely to receive first team opportunities with Northern Ireland.
Northern Ireland manager, Michael O’Neill, is said to have been impressed with his performances for Orient.

Tottenham have some quality youngsters coming through.
Despite what has been a horrid campaign, there has been the occasional positive to emerge from North London.
The majority of those positives have emerged in the form of young players, with the likes of Archie Gray receiving recognition for his performances throughout the season, while other players have looked close to making the full-time step up to senior football.
Mikey Moore is just one of many other very promising young players at Tottenham who could have a huge influence on the potential future success of the club over the next few years.
As for Donley, only time will tell where the future lies for him, though a championship loan spell may be the best option for the youngster next season.
However, for that youth to prevail, more first-team opportunities need to be afforded to these talented youngsters, or Tottenham may find himself in a similar situation in regard to losing some of their talent to other clubs.
