Tottenham final Premier League position predicted by supercomputer after Ipswich win
Tottenham picked up a valuable victory over Ipswich Town at the weekend, with their final Premier League position now predicted by a supercomputer
Ange Postecoglou‘s side sit 12th in the Premier League and have been eliminated from both domestic cup competitions.
Postecoglou has relieved some of the intense pressure surrounding his future in the dugout with wins against Manchester United and Ipswich Town since quickfire cup exits.
However, he needs to ensure a strong finish to keep his job in the dugout and start preparations for a better campaign next season.

Tottenham Premier League prediction made by supercomputer
Spurs supporters will not be all that encouraged by the latest supercomputer prediction of where their side will finish at the end of the season.
The Opta Analyst supercomputer predicts the Lilywhites to finish 12th, with an expected points total of 50.29.
Premier League (expected finish) | Expected points |
12. Tottenham | 50.29 |
13. Crystal Palace | 49.16 |
14. Manchester United | 45.64 |
15. West Ham | 45.46 |
They have a 0.13 per cent chance of Champions League qualification and a 0.29 per cent chance of securing a Europa League berth.

Europa League win is a must for Tottenham
Those predictions make for grim reading for everyone involved with the North Londoners as their only chance to secure European football next season is by winning the Europa League.
Spurs finished in fourth place, two points off first-place Lazio in the league-phase of the competition, and will hopefully have key players back for the knockout stages.
The likes of Cristian Romero, Micky van de Ven, Destiny Udogie and Dominic Solanke are all close to returning for Postecoglou’s side for the latter stages.
The Australian will fancy his side to go all the way to the final with a favourable tie against AZ Alkmaar in the round of 16.
If they make it through, they will face Ajax or Eintracht Frankfurt in the quarter-finals before a semi-final against Bodo/Glimt, Olympiakos, Viktoria Plzen or Lazio.
Potential final opponents include Manchester United, FCSB, Lyon, Fenerbahce, Rangers, AS Roma or Athletic Bilbao, all of whom the Lilywhites could beat on their day.
If they do go to win the competition, it would represent a great season by ending the North London outfit’s trophy drought and securing Champions League football next season, despite the miserable nature of the campaign so far.
