Tottenham director set for behind-the-scenes change after Companies House reveal

Tottenham are making changes behind the scenes in North London.

At this period in the summer, when the words ‘change’ and ‘Tottenham’ are seen in the same sentence, you would assume that it is in regard to Ange Postecoglou.

While the Tottenham boss is still at risk of the sack, nothing has been confirmed as to where his future lies, though changes are being made elsewhere.

After Tottenham announced the departure of Donna Cullen, who was the right-hand woman to Daniel Levy, a change in director details via Companies House has seen many assume that another is imminent.

Companies House list Spurs change

After Tottenham recorded a 17th-placed finish in the Premier League, it was evident that changes needed to be made across all departments, and slowly but surely, they are starting to do just that.

With Cullen’s exit now confirmed, a change in director details on Companies House has indicated that Matthew Collecot’s position is going to change [Matt Law].

Collecot is an executive director at Spurs, as well as the Finance Director at ENIC, but sources believe that his role is set to change.

Tottenham have claimed that there is no announcement planned on the future of the director, though with Cullen’s departure confirmed, there is a chance that a change in his position is also communicated in due course.

Tottenham have a huge summer ahead

As important as these changes will be going forward, Tottenham have no time to waste this summer as they look to right their wrongs from the previous campaign.

Every day is valuable at this stage, and with recruitment set to play a decisive role in the success that they can find next season, plans need to be put in place.

However, that is unlikely to happen until the future of Postecoglou is communicated, showcasing just how much work there is to be done in North London in these next few weeks.
