O’Hara rages at ‘Pathetic’ Tottenham footage as boos ring out v Leicester
Jamie O’Hara was left raging with Tottenham after they conceded the second goal in their 2-1 defeat against Leicester City on Sunday.
Although Ange Postecoglou’s side took the lead in the first half through Richarlison, they conceded two quickfire goals from Jamie Vardy and Bilal El Khannouss after the break.
The result means Tottenham are still 15th in the Premier League but just a point above Everton, who have been discussed as part of a relegation battle throughout the campaign so far.
Speaking live on Sky Sports News (26 January, 15:13), O’Hara hit out at Spurs as he said: “Unbelievable. 2-1 Leicester and this is crazy, Spurs are still in the dressing room.
“It’s pathetic. They’ve come out, they’ve given the ball away for fun. They haven’t put one pass together.
“Porro gives the ball away, sloppy and they knick it. Decordova-Reid again, he just he passes a straight ball inside to El Khannous, he drives in, he’s got no one’s really attacking the ball and he just whips one into the bottom corner and no one even gets close to him and it’s a delightful finish fair play to him.
“Spurs are all over the place, they’ve absolutely gone. Leicester on the attack again, they are all over Tottenham.
“Boos are ringing out around the ground at the moment, this is not good enough. They are miles off it Tottenham, miles off it.”
Tottenham suffer another defeat
There is no doubt that Tottenham have struggled this term with injuries that have impacted their side, leaving Postecoglou with gaps throughout his team.
However, it has not been good enough from the Lilywhites for several weeks and another defeat, this time against a side that came into the game in the relegation zone, will surely pile pressure on the manager even further.
Although they scored a nice goal in the first half through Richarlison, the struggle to add to this in any way or take control of the game will have been highly disappointing for many Tottenham supporters watching the game.

There are plenty of experienced players in the Spurs squad who surely should have stepped up more and taken the game back after Leicester scored their first goal.
It does leave questions about Postecoglou and whether he will be given the opportunity to take his side any further as the misery continues to cast a shadow over the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
In other Tottenham news, the club have been told to hire Andoni Iraola after a £10million Bournemouth exit development.
