Levy and Tottenham directors jet in as ‘Postecoglou sack whispers grow louder’
Daniel Levy has reportedly returned to London amid major speculation surrounding Ange Postecoglou’s future at Tottenham.
Postecoglou, 59, has had a dark cloud lingering over his head while on holiday in Greece but it is understood that he has now returned to England ahead of a crunch decision on his future at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Levy and the Tottenham board of directors have also had a break and have now jetted back into the UK.

Sky Sports drop major Postecoglou sack update
Postecoglou led Tottenham Hotspur to the Europa League title in his second season as manager.
However, even though he delivered on the promise of winning silverware in his second year and oversaw a return to the Champions League, a 17th-placed Premier League finish has led to huge talk about whether or not he’s the man Levy wants to lead Spurs into the 2025/26 campaign.
Tottenham are reportedly keen on Brentford manager Thomas Frank, but a decision on Postecoglou’s future is yet to be made or communicated to the former Celtic boss.
“We are still waiting to see if there’s a season three for Ange Postecoglou,” said Sky Sports journalist Michael Bridge, as quoted on the Transfer Centre (6 June, 7:43am).

“What we do know is he has returned from his holiday from Greece with his family.
“Daniel Levy and the board of directors at Spurs are also back from a short break.
“What a few weeks it has been for Spurs and their supporters. A first trophy for 17 years but now, the whispers are getting louder.
“Who will be the manager next season? Other clubs are already making signings and every year pre-season seems to be getting shorter.
“The fans want to know what will happen with their side next year.”

Will Tottenham sack Postecoglou?
That’s the question on everyone’s lips.
Spurs have good reasons to both stand by their manager but also to say, ‘thank you very much but goodbye.’
Tottenham broke records for all the wrong reasons in the Premier League this season by losing their most games in a league campaign since 1991/92.
Their 22 defeats are also the most losses suffered by a Premier League team in a 38-game season to not be relegated.
However, they also broke their silverware duck by beating Manchester United in Bilbao to win the Europa League and qualify for the Champions League next season.
Brentford manager Frank is currently the odds-on favourite to replace Postecoglou.
Fulham’s Marco Silva and Crystal Palace’s Oliver Glasner have also been linked with the potential vacancy at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
