Jamie O’Hara livid at what Tottenham player did in Bodo/Glimt win

Jamie O’Hara was left fuming despite Tottenham picking up a 3-1 win against Bodo/Glimt on Thursday.

Spurs welcomed the Norwegian outfit to North London on 1 May and took one step closer to the Europa League final.

Goals from Brennan Johnson, James Maddison and Dominic Solanke secured a much-needed victory for Ange Postecoglou in what has been a difficult season.

Although there was plenty of positivity surrounding North London at full-time, O’Hara was left to vent his frustration on social media.

O’Hara rages after Tottenham v Bodo/Glimt

With the Lilywhites on the hunt for a cup success to end their season, they went about it in the right way at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Johnson got on the scoresheet with barely seconds on the clock before another two goals were added later on in the clash.

Some of this positivity was dampened when Ulrik Saltnes scored a late goal for the away side, but undoubtedly a 3-1 win was a useful result.

There may have been plenty of plus points for Postecoglou’s side but the behaviour of Cristian Romero once again raised eyebrows in N17.

The Argentina international bizarrely blocked Jens Hauge off the ball, picking up a yellow card in the process in typically frustrating fashion.

Considering the fact that the midfielder was nowhere near the ball, it was completely needless from the 27-year-old.

Former Spurs midfielder O’Hara was left livid with the defender who took to X (1 May), to say: “What is Romero doing? Like seriously, why do that?”

Romero frustrates at Tottenham v Bodo/Glimt

On what should have been a completely positive night for the Lilywhites, fans are left talking about the reckless nature of the centre-back once more.

There is no doubt that Romero has a moment of madness in him, but it was just so unnecessary against a struggling Bodo/Glimt side.

Considering the home side had secured a 3-0 lead despite being without Lucas Bergvall through injury, there should have been no complaints.

Instead, supporters have been left nervous by the late goal conceded and the actions of the Argentine alongside Micky van de Ven.

Truly baffling from the ex-Juventus man who will likely have questions to answer from Postecoglou on Hotspur Way.
