Inzaghi ‘pushes for Tottenham job’ after Inter exit news
Tottenham’s search for a new manager has taken another twist as Simone Inzaghi becomes the latest coach linked with the role.
While Ange Postecoglou is still at Spurs, he is expected to be sacked this summer.
Tottenham’s performance in the Premier League has been terrible, and there is a real chance that they could finish 17th.
The Europa League campaign has been a silver lining, with the North London club now just two games off their first major trophy since 2008.
However, even if they lift the European silverware, Postecoglou will still likely leave with Inzaghi being the latest coach linked with the role.

Premier League ambition could tempt Inzaghi to Spurs
The Italian has had an impressive start to his coaching career in Serie A and could take over at the Tottenham Hotspurs Stadium this summer.
As it stands, he is currently the manager of Inter Milan, and has a good shot at winning both the Champions League and Serie A this campaign.
However, with his contract up next year, there are strong rumours circulating that he could exit the Italian heavyweights, with Tottenham now the latest club to be linked with him.

According to Interlive (4 May), Inzaghi is “tempted” by a move to the Premier League for his next role as he is expected to leave Inter soon.
While Tottenham have underperformed this season, a job opening may still lure the Italian over.
If he lifts both the league and Champions League titles this could also work in Spurs’ favour as his cycle at Inter would be “considered closed”.

Inzaghi would be a world-class appointment for Tottenham
As it stands, there are not many managers better right now that Inzaghi.
The Italian’s work at Inter has been extraordinary since he was appointed since 2021 where he has turned the club into one of the best in the world once more.
If there is any interest at all from Inzaghi, Spurs must do everything in their power to bring him to the club.
Based on his past work, Inzaghi could easily and quickly turn Spurs into a top four club in the country and win multiple trophies in a short space of time.
