ENIC could backtrack on high-profile Tottenham appointment as Daniel Levy fallout continues
Tottenham are ready to start life without Daniel Levy.
Levy shockingly left his position as executive chairman last week after 24 years at the club.
The 63-year-old has overseen plenty of change at Spurs, including moving into their new stadium.
Spurs owners ENIC have denied rumours of a sale of the club, with a reshuffling happening behind the scenes.
Alongside Levy’s departure, Donna-Maria Cullen left her position as executive director, and Vinai Venkatesham came in as CEO after arriving from rivals Arsenal.

Fabio Paratici’s Tottenham return thrown into doubt
Fabio Paratici was expected to return to Tottenham after his resignation two years ago.
The Italian resigned his position in North London after being banned for over two years in January 2023 for false accounting at Juventus.
Paratici was recently spotted with Johan Lange at the Super Cup final, fuelling speculation of his return to Tottenham.
Reports from talkSPORT on 9 September, however, speculate that Paratici’s return may not be on the cards after the departure of Levy.
The Italian’s return was thought to be pushed by the departing Levy, and with him gone, it may not be as smooth as once thought.
ENIC now appear to be reluctant to bring the former Juventus Chief Football Officer back to North London, where he joined in 2021.

Fabio Paratici’s return would be a positive for Tottenham
Tottenham fans will be hoping that the uncertainty behind the scenes can be resolved quickly so attention can return to on-field matters.
Spurs had a somewhat frustrating summer, missing out on some key targets such as Eberechi Eze and Bryan Mbeumo.
Having Paratici back involved will bring some stability and hopefully some more certainty when it comes to signing players.
While his transfers haven’t always been a success, players signed by the Italian, such as Cristian Romero and Dejan Kulusevski have been an undoubted success.
Paratici has a wide knowledge of the Italian market, and this resource would be key to improving the squad.
If the owners are backtracking on reappointing Paratici, Spurs may face more transfer headaches going forward.
