However, with Storm Amy expected to hit the UK on Friday and Saturday, could the Premier League clash be at risk?
Yellow weather warning in place in parts outside of Leeds
Tottenham and Leeds have played out some fiery football over the years and are set to reignite their rivalry at Elland Road.
While Leeds will not experience the worst of Storm Amy, the Met Office reports as of 2 October that a yellow weather warning is in place in parts of the North West of England.
The Premier League encounter is set to kick off at 12.30pm, with light rain showers expected throughout.
Those travelling to Elland Road will feel the force of the winds, with gusts expected to reach highs of 48mph around midday.
As it stands, there is no immediate threat of the game being postponed; however, those attending should check for travel disruptions, which are more likely this weekend.
Although Spurs’ recent Premier League form has not been ideal, they can put it right with an early win on Saturday.

Spurs are without a Premier League win in their last two, having come from behind to draw with Brighton and Wolves.
However, their latest performance against Bodo/Glimt was concerning and a warning that the Dane has plenty of work to do.
Leeds, along with the other promoted sides, have pulled off some superb results already and cannot be underestimated.
Indeed, if Tottenham taste victory, then it would be a significant result for Frank to convince his doubters.
