West Ham vs Tottenham result predicted by supercomputer
Tottenham return to Premier League action this weekend as they travel to face West Ham on Saturday evening.
The Lilywhites have had a two-week lay-off for the recent international break, and they will resume their league campaign with a significant London derby at the weekend.
Thomas Frank’s Tottenham side have had a bright start to the new campaign, and they will be desperate to bounce back from the setback of the defeat to Bournemouth in their last outing.
But the Hammers are heading into the clash on the back of their first win of the new Premier League season, and it may not be as easy a game as many people expect for Spurs.

Tottenham only marginal favourites against West Ham
Randal Kolo Muani could make his Tottenham debut in the 5:30pm kick-off on Saturday, while Xavi Simons may also make his Spurs bow following his move from RB Leipzig.
The pair will add another dimension to the Lilywhites in the final third after their recent arrivals, and Spurs fans will undoubtedly be keen to get their first glimpse of the duo in action.
West Ham rallied from their awful start to the season to claim a 3-0 win at Nottingham Forest last time out, which reinforces the idea that Saturday’s clash is likely to be anything but an easy ride for the visitors.
This is reflected by Opta’s supercomputer, which is predicting that Spurs have just a 41.8% chance of claiming all three points in E20.
Despite their unconvincing opening to the season, the Hammers are estimated to have a 32.7% chance of winning, with a draw valued at 25.5%.
Tottenham may be slight favourites, but Opta are certainly not ruling out the possibility of a surprise result at the weekend.

Spurs need to overcome London Stadium fears
Tottenham notched an impressive win at Manchester City in their opening away game of the new campaign, and they will need a similarly eye-catching performance to head back to N17 with three points this weekend.
Date | Result |
4 May 2025 | 1-1 D |
2 April 2024 | 1-1 D |
31 August 2022 | 1-1 D |
24 October 2021 | 1-0 L |
21 February 2021 | 2-1 L |
The Lilywhites have a dismal recent record at the London Stadium, having failed to win in any of their last five outings in E20.
Frank and his men will be desperate to put that disappointing run to bed this around, and claim some early bragging rights on one of their closest neighbours.
They need to get back on track after the frustration at home to Bournemouth, and the trip to West Ham certainly represents a good opportunity for them to do that.
