Dominic Solanke concern emerges immediately after Tottenham draw vs Man City
Dominic Solanke’s injury-hit season with Tottenham could be about to get worse.
Tottenham came from behind to secure a 2-2 draw with Manchester City, though with Spurs still having won just two games at home this season, it will do little to distract from the ongoing concerns.
Spurs have the fourth-worst home record in the Premier League despite what as wasn impressive point in the end, though they have Solanke to thank for that not being worse.
The Englishman scored twice to rescue the game for Spurs, as highlighted by Sofascore, but a new concern has emerged after what he was spotted doing in the latter stages of the clash.

Domic Solanke injury fears refuse to go away
Solanke has been limited to just nine appearances this season, having suffered an injury in August that ruled him out for several months.
With Randal Kolo Muani failing to impress, his absence has certainly been felt, and with four goal contributions in his last five games, he will be needed if this form is to end.
However, the Englishman was denied a hat-trick against Man City as a result of an ankle injury that had him “hobbling around a fair bit”, as noticed by Alisdair Gold.
Not long after, Solanke was forced off the pitch, despite the score being level.
While there will be some hope that it was just a scare based on the fact he did an interview after the game describing the injury as a “rolled ankle”, Spurs fans will know of this situation far too well, with what has gone on over the last 12 months from an injury perspective.
Tottenham can’t ignore deadline day priority
If Solanke is fit, and to add to that, if he can stay fit, Tottenham will be fine from a goalscoring perspective.
However, the quality drops massively whenever he isnt on the pitch, and that needs to be addressed.
It’s not only his goals, but also his ability to link play and hold the ball up to bring his teammates into play high up the pitch.
Kolo Muani simply isnt the answer, and yet he is the only other option that Thomas Frank has at his disposal.
Given the time in the window, signing a striker will be easier said than done, but a failure to do so could prove to be detrimental if anything comes of this recent injury scare.
