David Bentley shares ‘inside information’ ahead of Tottenham vs Everton in Premier League
Tottenham Hotspur will see their Premier League relegation fight go to the final day.
Spurs welcome Everton to North London on Sunday in the driving seat, sitting two points ahead of West Ham with a superior goal difference.
The Irons take on Leeds United at the London Stadium at the same time, knowing they need to win and Tottenham to lose to survive.
Roberto De Zerbi will relish the challenge of picking up a first home Premier League win in 2026 at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, in what promises to be a huge afternoon.
David Bentley and many others have already sent rallying calls, with some inside information being joked about to use at Hotspur Way.

Final day shootout for Tottenham
Of course, the biggest story of the week is Southampton being expelled from the Championship play-off final for spying, with Middlesbrough taking on Hull for that spot in the Premier League.
Tottenham want to make sure it’s not their spot that’s being taken, however.

Bentley was near the Hill Dickinson Stadium this week, joking at the excuse of Southampton to try and help his former club survive against Everton.
“I’m in Liverpool, sun’s shining, it’s beautiful,” he said, alongside the caption of “inside information.”
“Not far from Everton’s home ground, beautiful. I infiltrated the training session and think I went unnoticed.”
Bentley would then go on to name several old, retired Everton legends like Duncan Ferguson, joking that they would be starting for David Moyes in a 4-4-2.
“Go on, Tottenham, Sunday, all the boys, all the fans, come on. Give it everything, go out there and don’t waste a minute,” he continued.
“No regrets, get them three points and keep us in the Premier League.”
What do Tottenham need to do to survive?
The very simple answer is to win.
If Tottenham take care of their own business for once, they will remain in the Premier League, no matter what result West Ham manages against Leeds.
A draw will also likely be enough, given the current 12-goal difference in their favour over the Irons, as well as the two-point gap.

Regardless of survival, though, it is likely to be a second consecutive 17th-placed finish in the Premier League for Tottenham, which is simply embarrassing.
Ange Postecoglou could hide his domestic failures behind that historic Europa League win last year, but there are simply no excuses for this Premier League repeat.
Tottenham just need to win, get over the line and make sure huge changes are made this summer.
