Levy ‘finds new way to boost finances’ after latest Tottenham announcement
Daniel Levy’s primary skillset remains the work he does relating to off-field matters at Tottenham.
The Spurs Chairman has won back some favour with supporters after considerably backing Thomas Frank with both staff and players.
Levy also deserves credit for sticking with Ange Postecoglou, despite numerous calls for his removal, as the Australian was key to Spurs’ UEFA Europa League triumph.
However, the 63-year-old’s main strength lies in finances, as proven by his ability to attract investment at Tottenham this summer.
Levy is always looking for an edge in the market, and appears to have succeeded once again.

Spurs announce new deal with Molson Coors Beverage Company
The expensive construction of the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, which cost over £1billion, thwarted the club’s progress under Mauricio Pochettino.
Spurs infamously went two transfer windows without making any signings during their most promising period in decades, for which Levy was heavily criticised.
However, the state-of-the-art stadium is paying dividends in a multitude of ways, including holding concerts such as Stray Kids.
It has also allowed Levy to secure lucrative deals, as shown by the latest official announcement that Tottenham have agreed a long-term partnership with Molson Coors Beverage Company (16 July).
It will bring Pravha and its range of beers and ciders to fans at the stadium from the 2025/26 season onwards.
This replaces the deal with Heineken, which was agreed ahead of the 2018/19 season, which means Heineken, Amstel, Strongbow, and Old Mount Cider will depart the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium [Lilywhite Rose]. While the numbers involved are unclear, the decision to make this change suggests it must be a more financially beneficial deal for Spurs.
The announcement shows that Levy is still able to find new ways to boost finances in N17 as he looks to make good on his promise to get closer to the Premier League title.
Levy’s work at Spurs is underappreciated
Levy often takes the flak for Tottenham’s general underperformance on the pitch and has undoubtedly made questionable decisions during his 24-year reign. However, the upside to the chairman’s work is often underappreciated.
The Lilywhites have a rich history, but were in relatively dire straits with no clear direction when Levy took over in 2001.
The businessman has since organically grown Spurs into one of the world’s foremost clubs and is also laying essential foundations for a prosperous future.
Levy remains one of the very few chairmen in the Premier League who actively support the club they represent, and has always fought Tottenham’s corner while ensuring the community is looked after.
