‘Pedro Porro everything that is wrong’ as Tottenham fans have had enough after latest interview

Tottenham fans have called Pedro Porro a “coward” for his latest comments after the defeat against Nottingham Forest on Sunday.

Spurs were beaten 3-0 by Nottingham Forest away from home in a game which has only created more concern surrounding the Lilywhites.

Thomas Frank has been under pressure in recent weeks, and after Tottenham made good progress in their last two games, supporters feel like a massive backwards step has been taken against Forest.

Guglielmo Vicario was blamed for his short pass to Archie Gray, which led to Callum Hudson-Odoi opening the scoring after he was dispossessed.

However, Porro‘s comments after the match have sparked online outrage among the Tottenham fanbase, with some even labelling him as “everything wrong” with the Lilywhites at the moment.

Tottenham fans call out Pedro Porro’s words on Archie Gray

Gray has seemed to improve Tottenham’s midfield in recent games and has shown that he can perform under Frank’s system.

However, the teenager had an afternoon that he would like to forget at The City Ground, as his controversial error wasn’t the only issue in his performance.

After the match, Porro spoke to Tottenham’s media team about the game and didn’t shy away from mentioning Gray and his “mistake”.

One Tottenham fan prompted a discussion on X around Porro following his comments after the match, and they are fed up with the so-called leaders in the squad.

The Tottenham fan said: “‘After the mistake from Archie’, Senior players at Spurs are a bunch of cowards. Him, Vicario, and the captain. Spineless cowards.”

Another Spurs supporter said: “Porro is everything that is wrong with the mentality in that team. Absolute coward. Get rid.”

Frank may now need to seriously consider whether he wants to keep playing Vicario or not.

Guglielmo Vicario needs to be dropped for Tottenham

Vicario has made too many mistakes for Tottenham this season, and while his shot-stopping ability is great, he lacks in other areas.

Spurs are suffering from his lack of presence in the box from set plays, and also his decision-making when the ‘keeper has the ball at his feet.

Antonin Kinsky has been waiting patiently on the bench all season for his first Premier League start, and now is the time for Frank to make the change.

Vicario could benefit from a spell on the sidelines, as Kinsky at this point would surely be no worse of an option.
