Lucas Bergvall ‘ready’ to start v Manchester United after Tottenham reveal – ‘Good to go’
Tottenham are facing a crisis ahead of their Europa League final with Manchester United, with several key players missing already.
James Maddison and Dejan Kulusevski both look likely to miss the rest of the season, including the final, after they picked up crushing injuries.
This is a disaster for Tottenham, given their lack of other creative midfielders, and this followed an injury to teenage sensation Lucas Bergvall.
However, there is now hope that Bergvall could make a surprise return to play in the final, and fans are excited over one development.

Tottenham fans call for Bergvall to start Europa League final
Bergvall has been handed Tottenham’s Player of the Season award, and many now hope that he can return in time for the final in Bilbao.
He did pick up an ankle injury, but a fresh picture of him with his individual awards now has fans calling for him to return for the Manchester United clash.
Crouched over his three-trophy haul, Bergvall looks sturdy despite his problem.
Tottenham need midfield solution for Manchester United clash
With Maddison and Kulusevski out, Tottenham’s only creative midfielder for the final is Bergvall, who is a major doubt for the game.
If the 19-year-old cannot make it, then Ange Postecoglou will have to think outside the box to inject some creativity into the team.
A back three could be an option, but this would be surprising given how reluctant Postecoglou has been in changing his style.
An attacker could drop into midfield and operate as a second striker, with a lot of fans clamouring for Wilson Odobert to be tried in a new role.
A flat midfield is an option fans do not want to see, but whichever decision Postecoglou makes, Spurs know that they will be heading into the final significantly weakened as a result of these recent injuries.
Either way, with a trophy finally on the line again with Champions League football too, Tottenham must stop at nothing to lift that silverware.
Will Bergvall be there? Only time will tell.
