Liverpool fans lose minds at what Kinsky did on Tottenham debut – ‘Insane’
Liverpool fans have piled praise on Antonin Kinsky after keeping a clean sheet on his Tottenham debut in the League Cup on Wednesday.
Spurs will take a one-goal lead into the second leg of the semi-final after a Lucas Bergvall strike secured a 1-0 home win on 8 January.
Despite taking the win through an excellent strike from the 18-year-old, many supporters were left talking about the debut performance of the new Czech goalkeeper.
Kinsky started just three days before making his debut against the Premier League leaders but one of their fans has described his maiden performance as “insane” via X (8 January).

It was a surprise to see the 21-year-old shot-stopper take over straight away from Brandon Austin but it is safe to say Ange Postcoglou’s bold decision paid off.
One Reds fan picked out the ex-Slavia Prague keeper as the Man of the Match on the day while another said that he was “exceptional”.
It wasn’t just his six saves that caught the eye [FotMob] with one away supporter saying: “This Kinsky is very good on the ball isn’t he.”
Compliments contained to flood in for the Czechia star with one fan suggesting that he “looked very assured” on his debut despite not being truly tested by Arne Slot’s men.
With other Liverpool fans describing the Spurs keeper as “class” while another said that his performance was “beautiful”, it is safe to say that even the away fans rate Kinksy highly.
Looking ahead to Spurs’ next Premier League clash, against Arsenal on 15 January, one supporter of the Anfield club has said: “Also very very glad it’s Kinsky and not Forster or Vicario vs Arsenal.”
As the title race goes on and Postecoglou goes in search of securing European football for next season, there is every chance that the new shot-stopper can have a positive impact in between the sticks in North London.
The Tottenham Hotspur Stadium faithful will be hopeful that the young keeper can maintain this performance level across the second half of the season after such a promising debut.
