Tottenham to earn millions after bombshell Arsenal announcement – Exclusive
Daniel Levy is known for concentrating on revenue over on-pitch success at Tottenham, with not many better within the game.
That has caught up with him, though, and Spurs fans have had enough, protesting frequently against the ownership with ENIC this season.
Tottenham announcing a pre-season friendly with Arsenal to be played in Hong Kong hasn’t helped, with fans outraged over the first North London derby outside of the UK.

Tottenham to earn millions after Arsenal news
Despite the outrage, Dan Plumley has insisted that the friendly will be worth millions to both clubs.
The football finance expert shared that the market for the Premier League is global, with huge commercial leverage from fans around the globe.
“I know that home fans will be unhappy,” he exclusively told Tottenham News.
“I get the demands on the players, as well, but the market now for Premier League football is truly global.
“We’ve talked about how many fans Tottenham can claim in Asia, obviously linked to Son, but also for Arsenal as well. There are millions of fans around the world.
“That will have huge commercial leverage that you can tap into for a friendly in Hong Kong for a North London derby, as much as we don’t like it culturally in English football terms, it’s the reality of the market right now.
“Both clubs will take a sizeable margin of that, which will be the main reason why they’re doing it.
“You are looking at single-digit millions based on what we’ve seen; they may start to creep up in the future, but it’s at least single-digit millions for both clubs.”

Ange Postecoglou could be sacked before Arsenal
The way things are headed, the Australian could well have another job by the time this friendly comes around for both Tottenham and Arsenal.
After clashing with Spurs fans at Chelsea and trying to deny that, Postecoglou is on thin ice again.
Premier League | Played | Wins | Points |
2. Arsenal | 31 | 17 | 62 |
14. Tottenham | 31 | 11 | 37 |
With the Europa League quarter-finals up next against Eintracht Frankfurt, this truly is the final chance that Postecoglou will get to save his job.
No matter who is in charge, if Tottenham are raking in millions this summer against Arsenal, Levy and ENIC will not care if still in place.
